Personalized product
Each purchase provides one digitally delivered customized game based on the name, image, style, and game selection submitted by the customer.
Image authorization
You confirm that you own the submitted image or have permission from the person shown to use it for this purpose. You may not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material.
License
The downloaded personalized game is provided for personal entertainment. Arcade51 LLC retains ownership of the underlying game code, artwork, branding, and intellectual property.
Payment and delivery
Download access is provided after payment confirmation. Because the product is personalized and digitally delivered, purchases may be nonrefundable except where required by law or where Arcade51 LLC determines that the file is defective.
Compatibility
The customer is responsible for using a compatible device and browser. Compatibility with generic emulator sticks, smart televisions, and closed gaming systems is not guaranteed.
