Information collected
The studio may process a submitted photograph, generated character image, player name, game selection, personalized title, order status, and payment reference.
Camera permission
Your camera is accessed only after you choose the camera option and grant browser permission. You may use photo upload instead.
Image processing
The original image is processed in the browser and is not stored by default. The generated character image may be stored temporarily to create and deliver the selected game.
Retention
The default profile retention period is thirty days. Administrators may delete records sooner or adjust the retention period.
Payment information
Payment details should be collected by the configured external payment provider. Arcade51 Avatar Studio stores order status and transaction references, not full payment-card information.
Children
Before offering this service to children, Arcade51 LLC should implement any parental-consent process required by applicable law.
